Introducing the new Arrakis Bioreactor from Overton Environmental Enterprises Inc.

The Arrakis is a state-of-the-art liquid biological extraction system built for large-acreage farms and properties.

The Arrakis can produce both liquid compost extract and aerated compost extracts:

• 1000 gallons per 24 hours of aerated EcoTea™
• 1000 gallons per 1.5 hrs of extracted EcoTea™
• Ability to use and nurse tank for combining aerated EcoTea™ with extract EcoTea™ in order to achieve high levels of active microbes. 
• The Arrakis can output EcoTea™ screened to 300 microns at a rate of 45 gallons per minute.
• Arrakis contains a self-cleaning, non-blinding screening system that was invented specifically for EcoTea™ extracts.
• The Arrakis has pneumatic material delivery system for easy input.
• Simply place the ingredients into the input hoper and the system automatically delivers it into the bioreactor chamber.

The Arrakis is fully automated with touch-screen controls. It has a 6” LED touchscreen, which allows easy programming and use of the machine.

It has 6 washer jets are placed throughout the bioreactor chamber to make cleaning the machine easy – A First of it’s Kind

High-pressure water is pumped through the jets, cleaning the custom-made Arrakis chamber. 

Various clean cycles can be programmed.

A 3% hydrogen peroxide cleaning solution should be used prior to storing the Arrakis for any length of time.
