Are you an Agronomist tired of selling Chemicals and Fertilizers at a retail level? Are you someone with a passion for soil science and developing new sustainable farm practices? If so, you may be interested in working with our rapidly growing company as a Manitoba regional EcoTea™ product representative.

The individual working in this position will be responsible for implementing a channel sales strategy for EcoTea™ products within the province of Manitoba. You require a solid understanding of soil health and biology as they pertain to plant growth in agriculture, turf, and horticulture. A good understanding of open crop farming practices and equipment is beneficial to assist customers in how to best apply and use our line of biological products. Familiarity with Manitoba growing/soil regions and the predominant seeded crops is desired. This position is new, as a result of business growth, and the person selected will be taking on an established client base. Training and mentorship necessary to succeed will be provided by the company.

Performance for this position is measured by increasing EcoTea™ sales through channel partners within the province, and direct sales where opportunities lie. In order to succeed the individual will be the lead company representative at regional trade shows, make presentations at producer meetings throughout the province, coordinating and conducting field trials and crop tours, and build solid relations with channel partners. The job offers flexibility in where you work, as it is measured by results, not by time in the office. Most travel will be within the province, but occasional multi-day travel outside Manitoba may be necessary to support larger trade shows outside your region. The ability to make small deliveries to producers or channel partners is beneficial. The position may be based from either within the Winnipeg, Portage la Prairie or Steinbach Regions.
